The guided questions are thought provoking and provide an opportunity to continually mine through any blocks on the path toward enlightenment. The questions also help one focus and reflect as a student of Mark. Listening to him talk and reading along as he speaks is invaluable. I can now stop and hone in on aspects of his discussions that I may have previously missed. Technically, the program is simple and easy to access. I especially love the Deepen Your Practice in addition to being able to listen to Mark via guru radio streaming. Being able to study and revisit his talk is invaluable to moving my practice to the next level of growth! It is a profound meditation. I cannot read it most days at work anymore...because afterwards I go so internel, that I cannot speak. Thank you Mark. I also appreciate the shakti that comes accross through your presentation and presence. Very powerful! The content of this talk resonates with many other teachings and it clearly explains the Witness. By the end of the talk I found myself in a state that is kind of hard to describe.. Ok, I'll try. A dark cave in my mind's eye opened up. I could see clear colored lights and thoughts in the distance. I was calmly aware of the scene and it felt like it didn't matter, like I have existed forever and will continue to exist for all eternity. I have listened to "The Witness" four times already and will definately listen to it many more times in the now. Each time I listen I go a little deeper. :) I highly recommend this talk for everyone! OM SHANTI :) Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!] Power Pack Meditations by Stephanie Connon Date Added: Wednesday 11 March, 2009 I couldn't sleep last night so I did the Bodhicitta III meditation at 3am. WOW!!! I love it :) The way Mark comes back in on occasion to refocus attention is perfect for my very active mind that so often drifts away into thought. The background music is wonderful and soft enough that I can still hear him breathing a little so I know he is still there meditating with me. Thank you for putting together this beautiful piece it has greatly enhanced my meditations at home. It has taken my sadhana into deeper levels of awareness. I feel blessed to be able to ground in to its power on a daily basis. Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!] Shri Guru Gita Recitation by Zora Charles Date Added: Thursday 20 November, 2008 I have practiced the recitation of the Guru Gita in Sanskrit for many years. But I never felt the power of it so deeply until I heard Mark read it aloud in this new English translation. I have been reading/listening to this Gita for over a month now and it has been a powerful practice. It is opening like a flower and so many of Mark's teachings have found clarity and a deeper home in my heart.
