I couldn't sleep last night so I did the Bodhicitta III meditation at 3am. WOW!!! I love it :) The way Mark comes back in on occasion to refocus attention is perfect for my very active mind that so often drifts away into thought. The background music is wonderful and soft enough that I can still hear him breathing a little so I know he is still there meditating with me. Thank you for putting together this beautiful piece it has greatly enhanced my meditations at home.
