SO HAM is the sound of the breath as it enters and leaves the body. It is the 'ajapa japa' - the unsounded mantra, and is continually being repeated by us. It is just a matter of tuning in and attuning ourselves to it. In this meditation Mark Griffin inspires us to pay attention to the SO HAM, and reveals what a force of transformation this practice can prove to be. 18 minutes, followed by 60 minutes of gentle music, allowing for an extended session of meditation.
