I love this meditation. I found that Mark's instructions in other meditations to "Place the Guru at the crown of your head" were just too abstract for me to get. But in this meditation, when he described the triangle at the top of the head acting like a radar array, I started to work with that and it made all the difference. Just like the picture on the cover, I started imagining a big ole' radar on top of my head. That plus the rest of what he says here - and just hearing his voice each time I sit, have really transformed my practice. I feel like I am directly channeling the Guru Shakti right into my being now. Very powerful meditation - I could do it every day for months!
