  1. I accidentally put the wrong quantity in to my shopping cart and I can't change it back to one now...

  1. I accidentally put the wrong quantity in to my shopping cart and I can't change it back to one now...

    First let's make sure you're looking at the right page where this change can be made. You have to be on the page called Cart Contents. Just to make sure we're literally on the same page together, do this:

    Click on the words CART CONTENTS which you'll see on the upper right of all the store pages in the blue band that goes all the way across each page. Or you can click on the little icon picture of the two shopping bags, the blue and yellow ones in the top right.

    Next here are two ideas for solutions:

    1) Put the quantity you want (such as 1) in the box for the Quantity - then look for a blue button on the lower left, below your item, that says UPDATE.

    Now press the UPDATE button. This is how the store knows to change the quantity. Without hitting the update button it can't get it through its 'thick head'.

    If that works - great - you're ready to go on. If it doesn't, try this idea instead:

    2) Remove the item and start over afresh. To remove it, you click the little box to the left of your item, under the heading REMOVE. Then press the UPDATE button. This is how the store knows to remove that item you checked.

  2. Why does my product show up with a cost of $0.00 - is it my lucky day?

    There are a few products in the store that are free - but if you chose one you'd expect to see the price at checkout as $0 - so you wouldn't be looking at this question, right?

    On all our other products, a $0 shows up during checkout if you forgot to tell us which format you want for the product you picked. In other words, you hit the "Add to Cart" button without first clicking the little button next to either CD or BOOK or MP3.

    To fix this problem - first remove the item from the cart that had the $0 show up.

    Next, go back to the item you want to buy.  Start by selecting your format, then click the add to cart button.

    If you've already completed your check-out and then notice the zero, just go back into the store and place the order for that one product again, from the beginning.

  3. I can't get my files I downloaded into iTunes correctly - help!

     We have also created a movie for you with help about this:  Click to watch movie

    No problem - just follow these steps, one step at a time:

    1) open iTunes

    2) find one of the previous meditations, like The Awakener that is working well.

    3) hold down the control key while you click on that meditation in iTunes and choose "Show in Finder" (if you're on a Mac) or "Show in Windows Explorer"  (if you're on a PC)

    4) it then automatically opens up a window for you to show you where you are going to put the newest meditation.  You want to put all your meditation files together, to keep it all organized, so put any new ones you get in with the others you already have.

    5) Now go back to your desktop or your download folder and locate the zip file.  Double-click the zip file that downloaded and look for the unzipped file - you are looking for a file with the ending 'mp3' on it, such as 'pranayama.mp3' for instance.

    6) drag that mp3 file into the Windows Explorer window that just opened up, along with the other meditations

    7) now drag that mp3 file from that window right on top of the iTunes icon in your dock at the bottom of your screen (Mac) or right into your iTunes main window (Mac or PC)

  4. How can I delete a product from my shopping cart?

    Go to your shopping card so you are looking at your products in the cart.  Now look at the upper left of the products and notice a little checkbox under the word Remove.  After you click the remove box next to your product, then click the UPDATE button on the bottom of that column.  Wait a minute for the page to refresh, and you should be good to go.
