This CD contains two sessions of the same meditation, formatted as a 30 minute long session in track one and as a 45 minute session in track two. It is an ideal technique for those just beginning a meditation practice as it is very clear and easy to follow. At the same time, it is the core technique for advanced meditation, as focusing on the breath is the essential technique for reaching complete Realization. This is the same meditation that is included as track 2 on the CD "What Is Shaktipat". On that CD it is a 25 minute session.
