This meditation, the second in the Bodhicitta Series, continues to deepen our understanding of the great Bodhicitta - the Heart-Mind.  In this talk, set up as a prelude to a meditation session, Meditation Master Mark Griffin explains about the technique of merging the white drop at the crown of the head with the red drop at the navel.  This technique is further developed as a guided meditation in the third volume of this series.

What is unique about this meditation is how Mark presents the import of the Bodhicitta from the viewpoint of preparing for the moment of death and the entry into the Bardo Thodol.  If Bodhicitta is raised every day, following the instructions throughout this meditation series, the doorway to achieving full enlightenment and awakening is thrown wide open upon the moment of entering the Bardo.

The meditation set-up portion of this CD is 30 minutes long, and is then followed by wonderful music for meditation for another 50 minutes (80 minutes total CD length).
