“One of the things about Kundalini meditation is that it’s a very conscious meditation. It is not an oblivion oriented meditation, in that you are consciously present of the manifestation and intensification of the kundalini, and it’s useful to stay with it, monitor its progression. And you can feel where it is moving swiftly, where it seems to pool and spread, where it seems to be encountering resistance – and you want to work with that, in relationship with the breath.”
